Located in the heart of Bermondsey on the site of the former Peek Freans Biscuit Factory, Pearl Yard is a new rental community by Greystar that brings contemporary living to a characterful South London address. Once complete, the development will deliver over 1,600 rental homes, from modern studios to spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Appointed by Greystar, Johnson Naylor designed the residents’ amenity spaces and supplied the furniture across both buildings – Freans House and Peek Court – including a gym, yoga studio, games room, outdoor terraces, club lounge, private dining room, arts club, co-working space and pet spa, creating a cohesive environment that supports work, wellbeing and social connection.
